About 18% off electricity, plus a reduced base charge on some tariffs
FERA is electricity-only and cannot be combined with CARE. It is offered by PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E. Income must fall between the CARE ceiling and 250% of the federal poverty level on the June 1, 2026–May 31, 2027 table. This site does not hard-code that table as a single income limit.
